Return Policy
  • Eligibility for Returns:

    • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

    • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the item.

    • Proof of purchase (order number) is required for all returns.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.

    • Items without original tags or packaging.

    • Final sale items (clearly marked as non-returnable).

  • Return Process:

    1. Log in to your account and visit the “My Orders” page to initiate a return.

    2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

    3. Ship the item to the following address:

    4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

  • Return Shipping Costs:

  • Exchanges:

    • If you need a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order. Exchanges are not processed directly.
